この度個展"季節と気分"をApril Shopにて開催致します。

今回は好きな季節の風景をモチーフにしたものや、形を最初から決めずに編んだもの、見てみたい色のものなど、あまり深く考えずに編みたいように編みました。

季節も気分も毎日変わるように、私もセーターも日々移ろい変わっています。

でも変わるから私は私のままでいられるような気もします。

色々なことが変わって忘れてしまっても、編めば残ったような気になるので、やっぱりセーターを編むのが好きです。

この1年のセーターがどんな顔になったのか、ぜひ会いに来てくれたら嬉しいです。

冬の真ん中に、April Shopでお待ちしています。

I am pleased to announce my solo exhibition, “Kisetsu to Kibun,” to be held at April Shop.

This time, I knitted freely, choosing motifs from my favorite seasonal landscapes, creating pieces without deciding their shapes in advance, or experimenting with colors I wanted to see. Without overthinking, I simply knitted as I felt like it.

Just as seasons and moods change every day, both I and my sweaters are always evolving.

But I also feel that because of these changes, I can stay true to myself. Even if things change and memories fade, knitting allows me to leave something behind, which is why I still love creating sweaters.

I hope you’ll come to see how this past year’s sweaters have taken shape.

I look forward to welcoming you at April Shop in the heart of winter.
